The Aultguish Inn offers accommodation in a choice of either Courtyard or Traditional Inn rooms, whilst serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in either our bar or restaurant.
All of our rooms are extremely warm and comfortable and all include en-suites, flat-screen Smart TVs, quality bedding, towels and bathroom products together with complimentary tea trays.
Our courtyard rooms are to the rear of the Inn and are on ground level a short walk from the main building. The rooms provide a view of the hill at the rear of the Inn and red deer are often spotted grazing in the morning.
The rooms have walk in double shower room with beds that are super king size or can be configured as twins.
We have a family room with one double bed and two single bed and the room is also equipped and accessible to people with disabilities.
Our Inn rooms are cosy and traditional. We have a variety types of rooms like king-size, twins or 4 single beds.
Our rooms are extremely warm and comfortable and include en-suites, flat-screen Smart TVs, free high speed WIFI, quality bedding, towels and bathroom products together with complimentary tea trays.
Both our Courtyard and Inn rooms include hair dryers, individual central heating and daily housekeeping.
We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs in our rooms at an additional charge of £15.00 per dog (per stay). Please do bring their own bed for them to sleep on.
Prices start from £90 per night. You may add breakfast at your basic rate or if you’re not a morning person you can book breakfast to be delivered to your room.

Breakfast is a self service buffet and fill up with all you can eat and enjoy authentic coffee. Served between 7.30am – 9.30am Mon-Sat & 8.00am – 10.00am Sundays
Choice of cereals, fruits, yogurts, ham, cheese, toast, bread, butter, sausage, egg, mushrooms, bacon, black pudding, tomatoes, potatoes scones, milk, juice, tea, coffee and more.
Our cosy bar is at the hub of the Inn with a traditional stone fireplace, sofas and table seating and food is served here on the quieter evenings. We greet our guests on arrival at the bar and check you in to your rooms.
There are card and board games available, magazines and books for you to read.
We have a well-stocked bar with local ale, a selection of Scottish bottled ales, wines and numerous malt whiskies.

Full cooked Scottish breakfast including local black pudding. Choice of cereals, fruits, yogurts with ham and cheese, tea and coffee.

Evening meals are served April-November between 5:00pm – 7:30pm.
Our hearty home-cooked pub faire including fresh grilled fish and meats on specials is served either in our bar or restaurant areas, both areas offer a relaxed, casual and cosy dining experience. There are comfortable sofas and arm chairs to relax and unwind in at the end of your day.
We incorporate locally sourced produce in our menu and prepare our food to order.
The average price of a 2 course evening meal is £25 per head.
The Aultguish Inn is situated right in the heart of the Highlands at the foot of Loch Glascarnoch on the A835 between Inverness and Ullapool.
The Inn is 45 minutes north of Inverness, 29 miles from Loch Ness and 25 miles from Ullapool. Leave the A9 dual carriageway at Tore roundabout and follow the A835 Inverness to Ullapool road. The Inn is 10 miles north of Garve on the right hand side.
The Aultguish Inn is only a 45-minute drive from Inverness where there are daily flights, trains and buses to other UK cities.
If you are travelling to Stornoway by ferry, the Inn is only 30 minutes car drive from the ferry terminal in Ullapool and is a great place to stop overnight on route to the Island.
The Inverness to Ullapool bus service (Rapsons or Citylink) stops at the Inn and it is only a 30 minute ride to Ullapool.
